FAQ & Returns Policy
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Dispatch time is currently 7 days, however we always aim to have your orders out in 2 days.
Item’s being dispatched is reliant that the following conditions are met:
• The scents are current in stock
• There are no issues with payment
• The wax itself is in stock
Any delays will be presented in a banner at the top of the page and via email if you continue to purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently can only ship to the United Kingdom due to being a home based business preventing postage to worldwide addresses.
We will be looking to expand to Europe and worldwide once interest has increased. These will carry higher postage costs to allow for shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellation up to two hours after your order has been placed. After that amount of time we do not accept cancellations.
Returns policy
Most of our items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy, please note there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return please ensure:
• Item is in it’s original packaging and not used
• You have a proof of purchase
• The product must be faulty or damaged beyond means, we do not except returns if you change your mind.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 3-5 working days of approval.
